Returns Policy Covered by Bizim Market
Products may only be returned if in pristine condition and if damaged in transit it will be replaced or refunded. Returns must be dropped off at the Physical Store and provide staff with a receipt. Opened products may not be returned unless the product is faulty, which will be replaced or refunded. Products such as cigarettes and phone cards may not be returned nor refunded due to the nature of the product.
Changed Your Mind?
If you purchase the wrong product or want to exchange it, we will cheerfully exchange or refund it within 14 days of purchase, if in the same condition it left the store.
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
How to return a online order in-store
- Drop in store. Take your item(s) to Bizim Market that stocks the brand of item you’d like to return.
- Provide proof of purchase. You must provide the packaging slip included in your order and the tax invoice we sent you.
- Processing. Once the return and exchange policy has been met, we’ll offer you a refund or an exchange in store, on the spot.
